All coloring books are printed and shipped by our trusted production partner.

 

• All book sales are final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on books

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or ordering mistakes

 

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.

 

 

🧶 Handmade Items (Crochet, Accessories, etc.)

 

Due to the handmade nature of these items:

 

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted

• All sales are final

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Creative Hooks is not responsible for:

 

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
