Shipping Our Crochet Creations
Thank you so much for supporting Creative Hooks! We’re a small shop pouring love into every stitch, and we want to make sure your new handmade treasures—from cozy plushies to custom accessories—reach you safely.
1. The Making & Packing (Processing)
Since most of our items are handcrafted with care, please give us 1–3 business days to get your order tucked into its packaging and ready for the mail.

Custom Orders: If we're making something special just for you, we’ll reach out via email to give you a specific "completion date" for your unique piece.
2. Getting It to Your Door
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where your new friend is traveling to.

Domestic Shipping: We use standard carriers to keep costs down. You can usually expect your package 3–7 business days after it leaves our hands.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the US.
3. Keep Tabs on Your Package
As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. It might take about 48 hours for the carrier to update the status, so don't worry if it doesn't update immediately!
4. Shipping Mishaps
We do our absolute best to pack everything securely, but once it leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the postal service. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep the packaging—they usually need photos to help you out!
